This is a computer with a great magnificent spectacle. Applications for Apple, "It just works." I plugged the power cord, connect the keyboard and mouse and I was good to go. Apple Store offers free courses for beginners and converts PC 1h driving around the basic functions. You can book online and will field your questions during the lesson. If you're not near an Apple store, you can watch a tutorial on their website.
It is not cheap, but almost all the software you might need. Each program opens with the tutorial and their vaults are built into iMovie blows away everything I have worked with the production of DVD players. It will handle up to 1920×1080 HD video from a camera with all the fancy titles and transitions. I added Nikon Capture NX 2 for the treatment of high-end photo, Intego VirusBarrier X5 for peace of mind, and I will probably add Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac next month, because I do scientific research and not there to beat Exce
